Control

Control

Ultimately the corruption of power is based on the lever of control. In Mercer County, the evolution of the “The Mercer County Mafia” is a model of controlling the legal system through threat, intimidation and blackmail.

Jeff Rasawehr was first made aware that officials were following select individuals when it was stated that his brother-in-law Mike Boley, CEO Brightnet Internet, was a very, very powerful man and that he and Sheriff Jeff Grey ran Mercer County. At first Jeff thought this to be nothing but hot air but when CountyCoverUp.com FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) requested documents from Sheriff Jeff Grey, we found out that indeed volumes of personal internet data were being compiled for the purpose of control. In exchange for the internet data, Boley got a sweetheart deal from the Bryson Trust at the expense of the children.

To manage this “system,” the syndicate gained control of the prosecutor’s office and assured in each succession that the next official would do their bidding. Today it is Matt Fox.

Overtime they gained control of the courts to implement what Matt Fox calls “The Rules of Mercer County.” We have provided proof that family members of Sheriff’s Office employees are being “placed” in positions within the municipal court. Grey personally campaigned for Judge Speelman, and anyone watching the behavior and erratic decision by common pleas court judge Jeffrey Ingraham can see he is in their grasp also.

Control is about money and power. The money that the syndicate wants to control comes from 3 areas: 1. Profits from the drug trade 2. Kickbacks from government-funded projects 3. USDA payment flow control

The drug trade is managed on a “fee” system. The money is fed into the managing agents who then feed the money up the chain. When a good cop arrests a dealer, or the dealer is arrested in a neighboring county, the syndicate utilizes the control over the legal system to get the dealer back to work as quickly as possible. Fox and Ingraham, with a wink and a nod, expedite the legal process. Notice often times those dealer arrests are not even mentioned on Sheriff Jeff Greys Facebook page, nor are they mentioned by the local radio or newspaper outlets.

However, when a dealer out of “network” is arrested from outside the area watch how the local media and Jeff Grey parade them for the residents of Mercer County to think that they are fighting crime.

Occasionally this system backfires as is the case with Mr. Eishen and the murder of a four-year-old, Jaxxson Baker. It is no coincidence that when Mercer County Sheriff Office deputies were first called in to investigate the initial abuse of Baker the deputies did nearly nothing. You see Eischen was in “network” and was to be left alone. The problem was that Eischen ended up murdering Jaxxson. What about the children? Who is looking out for them? Apparently not Mercer County. So look what happened next? Fox and Ingraham cut a “hush” deal with Eischen thus he receives a very reduced sentence for the murder of a child.

Citizens, power belongs to you, the hardworking and honest taxpayers of the community. It is time to end this system of intimidation and control by a small group of criminals posing as elected officials. It is time to drain the swamp of Mercer County.
