You Have the Right to Request Internal Documents from County Officials

Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests allow citizens to obtain information on how our public officials are performing and what they are doing for we the taxpayers. For instance, according to a sheriff’s office file Marty Emerine is a man with an odd fascination with sex. Ron Waltmire has had alcohol problems during his career yet kept his badge.

Via FOIA request we have learned of a free pass to booze cruise the county for Sheriff Jeff Greys boys. Yet recently Grey was on WCSM and pointed out the risk of drunk driving. Obviously, there is no risk of being drunk and behind the wheel, if you’re related to hypocrite Jeff Grey.
