The Long Arm of Corruption

When it comes to “The Rules” of Mercer County there are no limits to the corruption of Prosecutor Matt Fox, Sheriff Jeff Grey, and the courts. The attached court motion is a further attempt by The Mercer County Mafia to trample on the First Amendment rights of CountyCoverUp.com.

You’ll notice in the document that Fox asked for information on the CountyCoverUp.com billboards, the investigative services we use, and all complaints filed against Mercer County officials. This huge a overreach of a corrupt government official and is verification that The Mercer County Mafia is drunk with their own arrogance.

When I, Jeff Rasawehr, lived in Mercer County I was often surprised that Pete Vanarsdale would comment that Fox, Grey and the courts of Mercer County had their own “rules” and that they did things their own way. It appears to me that Van Arsdale and the Mercer County Mafia skipped their classes on The Constitution.

Notice in the court motion how Matt Fox’s mode of operation is to overload and overstep his authority. Fox needs his power and authority reined in. For some reason, he thinks violating people rights of privacy is ok. Fox angle is to overload citizens he targets with information requests in hopes of forcing them into a crooked plea deal. In cases where citizens fight back, he maximizes the harassment.

We need other victims of the Mercer County Mafia to come forward. I have attorneys from outside the area who are willing to dismantle the Mafia in court. Fox is arrogant and abusive but not very smart. We are certain there are many other cases of misconduct by Matt Fox so please send us any information you have and we will get you the right attorneys. Note: All citizens do not, I repeat, do not use or accept any assistance from any local attorneys. To get justice you need legal assistance from an attorney at least an hour away.

Keep in mind, as Pete VanArsdale pointed out, Mercer County has their own rules and we must all play by them. That is not the case if we drain the swamp in federal court.
